For this purpose, we offer our confidential and completely friendly FTF credit counseling sessions at our headquarters in Tampa, FL.

To make your appointment, simply call 1.877.202.9536 and request a FTF credit counseling service appointment. FTF appointments can be made from 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday (Saturday appointments are handled on a case-by-case basis).

You will need to bring a copy of each of your most recent statements including balances and account numbers. This information is essential for our credit counselors to be able to answer your questions accurately and present you with a clear picture of how a debt management program can serve you. If you do not have your most recent statements available, you may want contact your creditors directly and obtain this information.

Also, it is important to bring a voided check along with you. If you decide to enroll in the friendly GFM FTF credit counseling services, your counselor will use it to set up your DMP payment process and you will be on your way to a debt-free future!
