Generating and Processing of Creditor Proposals
Systemically generated proposals are provided electronically or printed and sent to each creditor. If a proposal is accepted with changes or rejected, the client is notified of the creditor's response. Our customer service area performs necessary follow-up on behalf of our clients to ensure that the requested creditor adjustment is included in the repayment schedule.

Document Processing
Our Client Services Center scans and digitally archives all documents and correspondence to our clients' accounts. The customer's account representative can easily view images of any scanned document.

Payment Processing
Our Client Services Center posts manual (Money Order and Cashiers Check) payments from clients on a daily basis. We also post electronic payments from clients daily. All payment and disbursement activity is viewable from any desktop.

Creditor Database Management
Creditor Services works from a database of over 80,000 active creditors on our clients' behalf. All creditor inquires can be responded to in a timely fashion, since all pertinent information is presented in an easy, efficient way.

GFM offers you full online access to your account through our Client Login. You can update your personal data, review account detail, add creditors, change payment dates, view statements, or view and print documents, all through a secure network interface.
