Before I heard about Genesis Financial Management, I had no idea how I was going to catch up with the accounts that had gone into collections. I was receiving multiple, threatening calls to collect payment from me, even at inappropriate hours. This became very stressful, because not only did it affect me, the calls would also disturb my granddaughter's sleep in the evenings.
